Can I be honest? There are many days when I don’t feel like working out. Just today, I had to force myself to exercise. I was sitting on the living room floor, playing games with my kids. As I was playing with them, a little thought came into my mind saying that I needed to work out. I shook it away and continued with my kids. After putting the kids to bed, that taunting thought of working out came back! UGH!! I didn’t feel like working out. I just wasn’t motivated. A few minutes later, I forced myself to press play on my workout playlist, write out my routine and carried on with the workout I planned for myself.
We all have those days where we don’t want to work out. On those days, keep in mind your fitness goals. Are you working on being stronger? Faster? More flexible? Better health? Whatever your fitness goal is, keep that in mind every single time you’re not in the mood to exercise.
I created this workout for those days when we aren’t motivated to move our bodies. It’s simple yet effective, and it’s not going to take up a lot of time. So, without further ado, let’s get started!
