It has been a while since I’ve shared what’s been going on in my fitness life. I have been exercising almost every day for the past couple of months. Exercise has become my primary source of stress relief, my time to release anything troubling me.
If I can be candid with you guys, the beginning of my fitness journey was tough (like I’m sure yours was, too). I would have to force myself to exercise. On those days when I was feeling lazy, I would remind myself of the health and body goals that I’ve set for myself.

I would like you to join us every other Friday for some sweaty fun! Starting this month, I will be creating easy-to-follow exercise plans for you! These workout plans will push you, make you sweat, and help you reach your fitness goals.
*Let me say that I am not a physical trainer! I am a woman on a mission to get into better shape and help others do the same. As you’re completing these workouts, listen to your body. If you need to modify a workout or stop, do so. The point of these workouts is to grow and get stronger.*
In the future, I will share with you some warm-up and cooldown exercises that you can add to your workouts. The warm-up and cooldown will not be included in this workout. Make sure to warm up for at least ten minutes BEFORE starting this or any exercise.
