I’ve, inconsistently, been sharing with you my fitness journey. If I can be honest, these past couple of weeks has been TOUGH. Recently, I’ve been working my way out of this rut that I put myself into. It has been a slow process, but I’m happy with the progress I have made. So, I promise you that I will get back into sharing my fitness journey.
But, for now, let’s get into why we are here today!
Here on Armored with Faith, I aim to help you build your faith by providing devotionals and my faith journey. I also want to provide a space where you can become physically healthy. Every other Friday, easy-to-follow workouts will be created to help you break a sweat and have a little fun in the process.
