Before you complete any exercise program, you need to warm up. Warming up prepares your body for the work you’re going to be doing.

*I’m not a physical trainer! I’m a woman on a mission to get in shape and help others do the same. If you feel pain at any time during this or any workout program, please modify or stop the exercise.
