It’s August! I don’t know about you, but I’m a bit nervous/excited about what this month will bring. I’m even more excited to share a new monthly series I’m starting here on Armored with Faith!
As you probably can tell, fitness is a significant part of Armored with Faith. Not only is being physically active good for our bodies, but it’s also excellent for our mental and emotional health.
This new series is titled “Monthly Fitness Challenge.” Each month, I will create an exercise plan for us to follow to help us become more fit. Throughout the month, I will share my progress and other fitness-related things that I’m doing.
