Happy Wednesday, everyone! I hope that you’re doing well and striving toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.
A journal for your prayers, scripture writing, and anything else faith-related is essential in your faith-building process.
I’m sure some of you would ask, “why do you need a separate journal for faith-related content?” I will answer by saying that you want a specific place to place your prayers, bible studies, and all other faith-related content. The more organized you are, the better you’ll be able to keep track of asked prayers and answered prayers and reflect on what God has brought you through.
Today, I want to share how I set up my faith journal.
My Faith Journal Setup!
I’m using a B5 Archer & Olive notebook. I love this dot-grid notebook because it has plenty of room for me to be creative and pour my heart out to God. The cover on my notebook is from SaltyKatieCo on Etsy.
I use two whole pages for one day’s worth of content. I split those pages like this:
- First page: Three sections
- Second page: One whole page
On the first page, I split it into three sections. The first section is for a Bible verse(s) on my mind. The second section is for people I’m praying for. The third section is all about what I’m thankful for.
On the next page, I title it “Dear God.” This page is where I pray and talk to God about what’s on my mind and anything worrying me.
So, there you have it! The complete setup that I use every day in my faith journal. How do you set up your faith journal? Which notebook are you using? Let me know in the comment section below!
- Write your favorite Bible verse.
- Describe your faith-walk in five words.
- How do you exercise faith daily?
